Original TC/LC to be submitted before the commencement of classes.

Photocopy of S.S.L.C/equivalent examination hall ticket.

Photocopy of Income or caste certificate. (If applicable)

Photocopy of extracurricular activities. (If applicable. National level/State level only).

Original Migration Certificate and Photocopy. (If applicable).

---

Photocopy of certificate of Physically Challenged (if applicable)

---

Provisional Marks Card certified by the Head of the Institution.

Xerox copy of Adhar Card of the candidate.

---

Xerox copy of Bank Pass Book.
